What are Dining Dollars?

Dining Dollars are prepaid food credits. Included in your summer housing fees, Dining Dollars offer the convenience and value of a declining balance meal plan, redeemable at UC's Reznikoff's Cafe.

Summer can be a little hectic, so the last thing you want to worry about is cooking.  For your convenience, your room at UC comes with a meal plan card that has a prepaid balance. The amount of money on the card depends on the length of your stay. To see how many Dining Dollars you receive, please review our rates.  Spend as much or as little as you want. You are charged only for what you buy; all food and beverage items are individually priced.  Convenient, isn’t it?  If you're really hungry and deplete your balance, you can always purchase additional Dining Dollars.

Where do I use my Dining Dollars?

Reznikoff’s Cafe at 75 St. George Street (in the Morrison Hall residence) offers a wide selection of meals, snacks and beverages, including fresh fruits, salads, sushi, sandwiches, yogurts, pastries, cakes, cookies, muffins, croissants and bagels. Every weekday at lunch time, a traditional hot meat dish, as well as a hot vegetarian option, is available. And let’s not forget our favourite on those hot summer days – ice cream! 

Reznikoff's Cafe Summer Hours of Operation:

Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
