Incorporate mindfulness in your everyday life

This online session is designed as a conversation about the importance and applicability of mindfulness into the everyday lives of students.  Through this session, students have an opportunity to talk about what mindfulness is, important aspects of mindfulness into student wellness, and how you can incorporate mindful activity during idle and stressful moments.
