University College Alumni Association
University College is revamping its Alumni Association, the UCAA, in 2017! Our goal is to promote greater alumni participation in the life of UC.
The objective of the UCAA is to promote continuing community among the alumni, between alumni and students, and between alumni and University College for their mutual benefit and for the good of the College. The Association presents the opinions and recommendations of the alumni to the administration and faculty of the College, and serves as a resource for the College in advancing the College’s mission.
The mission of the University College Alumni Association is to unite the diverse alumni community in order to advance the reputation of University College as an institution of undergraduate excellence.
All alumni of University College are members of the UCAA and they will be represented by UCAA Officers, comprised of six UC alumni and one current student.

We want alumni like you to sit on the UCAA Executive Committee.
Committee members will serve a 2-year term, renewable twice for a total of 6 years.
The Committee Chair may serve two consecutive 3-year terms.
Roles and Responsibilities
Members of the UCAA Executive Committee can expect to commit 4-10 hours per year on the following tasks:
· UC ambassadors at UC and U of T events
· Advise on alumni relations programming and joint programming for alumni and students
· Recruit alumni to sit on the UCAA, become mentors, and serve on the Alumni of Influence selection committee
· Serve on the selection committee for the Young Alumni of Influence Award
· Bring greetings at UC events
· Assist the UC Book Sale or help recruit alumni volunteers
We want to know about your involvement at UC both during your time as a student and now as an alumnus/a. Applications must endorsed by two fellow UC graduates. The application deadline for the 2018-2019 academic year is January 15th, 2018. The UCAA Executive and UC Principal will meet in February 2018 to select alumni to fill vacant positions. Committee member terms will officially begin in September 2018.
