  • Emma Jones (BSc 2014 UC)

After graduating with a BSc from U of T (neuroscience and political science), I began a career in science communications. I have worked as a journalist as well as a communications officer, creating multimedia content to inform audiences with non-scientific backgrounds about the work going on across Canada. As part of my role I conduct interviews with leading researchers across a range of scientific disciplines and use that content to produce videos, animations, presentation and articles. Happy to chat about combining science with creative industries, building a network and how to find your next path if you love science but don't want to start a career in research.
