Federal Minister of Science Kirsty Duncan (BA 1989 UC) was recently interviewed by University Affairs about the government's plan to invest in science and research. She holds a PhD in geography from the University of Edinburgh and a bachelor of geography and anthropology from the University of Toronto, University College.
