Mark S. Bonham Centre for Sexual Diversity Studies
These awards are open to all undergraduate students who are enrolled in a specialist or major program in Sexual Diversity Studies and who can demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to students who have demonstrated leadership in or commitment to LGBTQ advocacy. Additional preference for Black students and/or those doing work to reduce Anti-Black Racism. Applications for these awards must be submitted to the Centre for Sexual Diversity Studies. The Director of the Centre will then recommend possible recipients for the awards to the University College Registrar.

Canadian Studies
Recipients will be chosen by the Director of the Canadian Studies Program in consultation with the UC Registrar. Awards shall be distributed to undergraduate students who are pursuing courses with a focus in Canadian Studies at the University of Toronto. Awards may be distributed to students for a variety of reasons including: merit based scholarships; unforeseen educational expenses; need based bursaries; leadership and research awards; or other student aid needs as determined by the Committee. Scholarships and awards will be given to students without regard to student’s college membership, faculty or campus.

Canadian Studies
The Canadian Studies Interdisciplinary Prize, generously supported by Peter Warrian, is awarded to an undergraduate student who writes the best essay on any interdisciplinary aspect of Canadian life, thought, or society and is in financial need. The student must be in the Canadian Studies program or enrolled in a University college course that is sponsored by the Canadian Studies department.

The David and Vivian Campbell Scholarship in Canadian Studies is awarded to an undergraduate student in the Canadian Studies program who demonstrates financial need. Minor, major or specialist students are equally eligible.

These awards are to assist students living in a University College residence. Financial need may be considered.

Health Studies
Awarded on the basis of financial need, academic achievement and community involvement.  Preference will be given to students who are in Specialist Programs in Health Studies who are also conducting research as part of their studies. 
Recipients must satisfy the eligibility requirements of the OTSS program.

Travel Awards
Established by Professor Paul Perron, principal of University College, and his wife, Jacqueline Perron, in honour of her mother, Elisabeth Destout. To assist a student in any discipline to travel to France in connection with his or her studies. First preference for a student from University College; if no such suitable candidate is available, the award may be used to assist a student from any college who is enrolled in a program sponsored by the Department of French. Students who have just completed their undergraduate studies are eligible, as well as those in the midst of their studies.  Should there be no suitable candidates available in any given year, a portion of the funds may be used to assist a University College student with travel to deliver a paper at a scholarly conference.
