Exploring Journaling

Journaling is a practice that many people use as an art form, medium for exploration, and a wellness tool. Join us this Wednesday, where we explore some of the benefits of journaling as a regular practice and chat about fun formats you can use in your journal.  We will end the session with a creative writing session with lo-fi music, and thought-provoking prompts to aide in your journalling.  Bring your notebooks, your favourite pen, and an open mind to this reflective and engaging wellness session.
