Anyone can nominate someone for an Alumni of Influence. People can self-nominate. Posthumous nominations are eligible.
Nominations will be made through an online submission.
Nominations must illustrate how the nominee exemplifies at least one of the following:
1. Professional Achievement & Innovation
2. Leadership & Influence
3. Community & Public Service
Social Impact: Measurable contributions to local, national, or global communities through voluntary leadership, humanitarian work, or philanthropy.
4. Connection to the College
Campus Engagement: Acts as an active advocate, mentor, or volunteer for current students, or serves on institutional boards and committees.
5. Creativity, Ideas & Culture:
UC Advancement still will review all applications before sending to the judges. The team has the right, at their sole discretion, to eliminate anyone deemed to:
There will be 5-7 recipients for the cycle, with one of these recipients being a Young Alumni of Influence (under 35 years of age).
