By submitting this form, I confirm my understanding and agreement for the following requirements and expectations of the program:
- The sole purpose of the mentor-mentee relationship is to provide career advice to upper-year University College students. Participants are expected to keep any other interests and intentions strictly outside of the Program activities.
- The volunteer commitment by mentors requires approximately two hours a month in the period October-March.
- Mentors are required to attend one program reception, meet with their students at least three times during the academic year and participate in on-line evaluation surveys in November and March.
