Katherine Zagrodney, PhD, is a Senior Research Associate – Quantitative Lead at VHA Home HealthCare and Research Associate and Co-Lead of Home, Community and Long-term Care at Canadian Health Workforce Network (CHWN). Her research focuses on health workforce challenges from a labour economics perspective, with a particular interest in Personal Support Workers (PSWs), the home care sector, and wage policies.
