The Faculty of Arts & Science Information & Instructional Technology (IIT) is pleased to provide you with IT support. This includes day-to-day user technology, desktops, printers, remote access and other daily IT needs.

How to Report Your Issues and Requests

It all starts with an email to our support email address: iit@artsci.utoronto.ca

We have a seasoned and responsive team of Client Services analysts ready to support you with the goal of ensuring the best possible service. 

Your email will automatically generate a support ticket that is reviewed by our Lead/Queue Manager, then assigned to one of our team members who will contact you directly. You will also receive an auto-reply with information, tips and escalation numbers (also noted below).

About Our Sub-Teams

IIT is comprised of several great teams, led by our dedicated Managers and Leads.
