UC Events

University College spaces are primarily intended to support the academic, student, residential, administrative, and community activities of University College and the University of Toronto community.

Priority for space bookings is therefore given to University College programs, events, and affiliated activities. Requests from U of T groups external to the College may be accommodated where operationally feasible and where they do not conflict with College priorities, academic operations, student needs, residence activities, or previously scheduled internal events.

Please note that submission of a booking request does not guarantee space availability, and the College reserves the right to decline or reprioritize bookings based on operational requirements and institutional priorities.
