College facilities and services are overseen by the Facilities Coordinator, who works with U of T Facilities & Services to coordinate activities between the various groups (facilities, caretaking, campus movers, grounds services and emergency maintenance).
If you are a staff or faculty member reporting a repair, caretaking or other building concern, please submit your request to the Facilities & Services Portal (login required).
