The 2020 UC Writing Awards Are Now Open for Submission

If you are a UC student or are registered in a UC major or minor program, you may now enter one of UC's writing competitions. There are three key changes since last year:

1. There is a new award, the Lorne Tepperman Prize in Public Writing, for an outstanding paper in the genre of public writing.
2. Course instructors may now nominate students.
3. The award money for the Norma Epstein Awards and the Frederic Davidson Competition have increased significantly.
