The format for this year’s gala will be a cocktail hour followed by a seated dinner and awards ceremony.
About AOI
Each year, 10 to 20 alumni will be honoured as UC Alumni of Influence. A committee of eight UC alumni, students and faculty select award recipients based on their contributions to their professional fields at an international national, or local level, as well as their volunteerism and philanthropy. Philanthropy to the University of Toronto specifically is not a factor. Members of the selection committee, sitting politicians, and the current U of T President, Vice-Presidents, and Chancellor are excluded from consideration.
