UC Speed Mentorship Shaker

Join us for an engaging evening of conversation and connection between University College alumni and students! Through a speed networking format, students will have multiple brief conversations with alumni mentors, getting quick guidance on professional life. 

Students and new alumni will have the chance to meet alumni from diverse industries, ask questions, and gain insights into the post-undergraduate world in the first half of the evening. The event will conclude with an open networking mixer, allowing for further discussions and connections. 

Mentors from various industries will be in attendance, including health care, law, communications, academics, and public service.

Current UC students and UC grads from 2023 and 2024 are welcome to register as mentees. Mentor registration is now full.

Registration is required for this event.

This inclusive event will have food and drink available during the mixer portion, after the speed mentoring takes place. Water will be available throughout.

5:45 pm - 6:10 pm: Arrival and registration

6:15 pm - 7:35 pm: Speed mentorship

7:36 pm - 8:45 pm: Mixer with food and drink
