UC Leadership Awards

Eligibilty

Leadership Award recipients are selected by the UC Scholarship Committee. Students are considered based on their involvement in the UC and U of T communities. Students may list paid positions as well as volunteer opportunities as long as the focus of the position is on building community/leadership and you can state the ways in which you went above and beyond the expectations of the job description. Please note that participating as an Orientation Leader alone is not enough to be considered for Leadership Awards.

To be considered for a UC Leadership Award, you must complete the form below in its entirety by February 28, 2025. Only one application submission is required to be considered for all Leadership Awards being offered this year.

Student Loan Notice of Assessment

If you are receiving a Canadian government student loan from any province other than Ontario, please upload a copy of your student loan notice of assessment that clearly indicates your name and the amount of all grants and loans paid to you in the current academic year.

Please note: Students receiving a provincial student loan are expected to apply for UTAPS if they are in financial need and are encouraged to contact the Academic Advising & Registrar's Office for financial assistance.
