Book by Carrianne Leung Optioned for TV

Congratulations to Carrianne Leung, the Barker Fairley Visitor in Canadian Culture at University College, whose book, That Time I Loved You, has been optioned for television. The collection of interconnected stories set in 1970s and 1980s suburban Toronto was first published in 2018.

Leung also recently sold the Canadian rights to her third book to HarperCollins Canada for publication in winter 2022. Currently a manuscript, it is an apocalyptic fairy tale about what remains when everything we know comes to an end, told in part by a raccoon and a crow.
