Bequest of the late Louis Rosenfeld. The award has a value of approximately $400 with a total possible value of approximately $2,400 over 4 years; awarded for general proficiency.
The scholarship includes tuition allowance of $500 per year, which is renewable with an annual GPA of at least 3.50 on a course load of four full course equivalents (FCEs) from September to September.

The Madeline Lake Turnbull Fellowship is the bequest of Madeline Turnbull (UC 1929). Of the value of the annual income from the fund, this award shall go to an outstanding student who is going on to do graduate work in French or who will have French as an important part of his or her course of study.
