Jude Welburn

Jude Welburn received his Ph.D. in English literature from the University of Toronto and holds an M.A. in Social and Political Thought from York University. His published work examines the social and historical context for the emergence of utopian literature as a genre. Jude has taught courses on renaissance literature at U of T and Wilfrid Laurier University, and is currently working on a research project exploring the idea of the “commons” in early modern English political literature.
