It all starts with an email to our support email address: iit@artsci.utoronto.ca. 

We have a seasoned and responsive team of Client Services analysts ready to support you with the goal of ensuring the best possible service. 

Your email will automatically generate a support ticket that is reviewed by our Lead/Queue Manager, then assigned to one of our team members who will contact you directly. You will also receive an auto-reply with information, tips and escalation numbers (also noted below).

For urgent matters where escalation is required (workstation/email down; virus or malware; device will not boot-up etc.) please consult the list below.

IIT is comprised of several great teams, led by our dedicated Managers and Leads.

4. Infrastructure (Server & Networking) & Public Web Services
