Booking Info, Policies & Costs

About

All spaces listed below are available for rent days, evenings and weekends year-round except during the annual University of Toronto holiday break in late December through early January.

To request space, please fill out our online event booking form. Our events staff will review your request and reach out for consultation. Priority will be given to UC faculty, programs, affiliated centres and schools; secondary priority will be given to Faculty of Arts & Science users; third priority will be given to other U of T users; and final priority will be given to outside groups.

Room rentals will be booked for the requested time, plus one hour prior and one hour following for set-up and tear-down. Furniture will be arranged as per your request by UC Events Staff.

For evening and weekend events, U of T Security is required onsite to patrol and lock the building following the event.

Technical support will be provided by UC Events Staff and FAS IIT.

Catering

All catering at University College must be supplied by University College Catering Services. Catering menu can be discussed with Executive Chef Michael Kobayashi.

Paul Cadario Conference Centre Configurations

Furniture in the Conference Centre can be configured for standing-room receptions, seated dining, lecture-style seating, or hybrid configurations. Attendance capacity varies based on configuration, as outlined in the below diagrams. Adjoining the Conference Centre’s main presentation space in Croft Chapter House, the Senior Common Room is ideal for small receptions and seated dining.

Furniture in the Conference Centre can be configured for standing-room receptions, seated dining, or small-capacity lecture seatings. Attendance capacity varies based on configuration. See below for more details or download the configurations.
