Bob Rae (BA 1969 UC) Appointed Canadian Ambassador to the United Nations
Former Ontario premier and University College alumnus Bob Rae (BA 1969 UC) has been named Canadian ambassador to the United Nations.
Of the appointment, Rae, the son of diplomat and UC alumnus the late Saul Rae (BA 1936 UC), said,"It's in my DNA." Read more in CBC News.
