Financial Need Awards
The award is intended to assist deserving University College students with the costs of living in UC residences. Financial need will be the primary criterion in making the award, but service to the community and family circumstances may also be taken into consideration.

The John and Annie Crichton Memorial Award provides a bursary to an accomplished student in financial need. Preference is given to a student taking courses in modern languages or philosophy. The recipients of the bursaries will be selected based on the demonstration of financial need. Financial need will be the primary criterion in selecting recipients. Academic merit may also be considered.
