Financial Need Awards
To be granted to undergraduate students at University College on the basis of financial need. Eligible students are identified through the University's UTAPS program.

Financial Need Awards
The John and Annie Crichton Memorial Award provides a bursary to an accomplished student in financial need. Preference is given to a student taking courses in modern languages or philosophy. If no such student is available, the bursary is awarded to a deserving student in financial need. Apply using the online grant application available on ACORN.

Leadership Awards
Awarded to undergraduate students in strong academic standing who are involved in the University College Literary and Athletic Society (LIT), with preference being given to students who participate in a LIT committee dedicated to equity and diversity/social justice.

Admission Scholarships
Gift of Katherine Ballantine Coutts' grandchildren in honour of her commitment to education and her connections with UC. An admission scholarship is given annually to a student residing in Alberta or in Ontario outside of the GTA (i.e. outside the City of Toronto, and regions of Peel, Halton, York and Durham.)

Established in honour of Kathleen Davis and William G. Davis (UC 1951), premier of the province of Ontario 1971-85, upon the occasion of his retirement as premier. In awarding the two scholarships preference will be given to students enrolled in a program in political science, the former premier’s main area of interest.

Gift of the late F.C.A. Jeanneret (UC 1912), formerly principal of University College and chancellor of the University, and the late Mrs. Jeanneret, in memory of their son, Kenneth Geikie Jeanneret, (UC 1939), who was killed in action in February 1945. The scholarship will be awarded where there may be special need for an award.
